Blood drive to benefit cancer victim

From 4 to 8 p.m. today, the San Joaquin County Coordinating Council and the Delta Blood Bank are holding a blood drive to benefit a man who has stage four bone cancer.
Joseph Moore, a Tracy resident, is the executive director of the San Joaquin Coordinating Council in Stockton.
Moore was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2003; the prognosis now is terminal.
Donors are asked to give blood in his name.
The blood drive held today is the council, located at 7330 N. West Lane in Stockton.
