How do you make nutrituious choices when eating on the run? Its a dilemma we all face but many fast food restaurants are making it easier now by offering healthier choices.

Hattner says you should look for items on the menu that are grilled, roasted, steamed or poached, which usually means these items have been prepared without excess fat.
