Many celebrities are sought after for their diet secrets. Being in the spotlight in front of millions of people requires that they be the best shape possible. How do they do it? What are their secrets? Everyone wants to know.
While some stars in the entertainment business are using plastic surgery as a means to look better others are just working really hard at getting in shape through exercise and a well planned diet.
Of course if you are wealthy you could afford to hire a personal trainer but believe it or not many celebrities prefer to do it on their own. Many use weight loss supplements in addition to eating healthy and getting active to improve their bodies. It takes a certain discipline and determination to do what is necessary to become physically fit, but the results are worth it.
Demi Moore believes in taking vitamins and drinking herbal teas as part of her own weight loss regime. She chooses yoga as a big part of her exercise routine because it is mentally relaxing and is a great method for weight loss.
Jennifer Aniston uses a program called “The Zone” to keep her weight in check. It has become the program many Hollywood stars adhere to. It is a very controlled diet that balances protein, carbohydrates and fats. Just like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, it encourages the use of supplement diet bars and other snacks that boost metabolism and aid with weight loss.
